New York native, Merlin Bobb joins the show today. The celebrated DJ & producer and music executive has been helping shape the house and dance music scene ever since his days at Atlantic and Elektra Records. He’s contributed to several careers such as Frankie Knuckles, Kerri Chandler, Tony Humphries, DJ Spinna & Roger Sanchez to name only a few. Also one of the co-founders of the legendary Shelter nightclub in 1991.

In recent years Merlin has shifted his passion back to production and has been hard at work in the studio releasing music on 201 Records, Quantize Recordings, and this weeks new release on Mark Francis’ Access Records. ‘Ain’t It Nice’ is a soulful collab with Masaki Morii and is out now exclusively at Traxsource.
